The price of gas in this country has gotten way out of hand I am about to drive to my moms house and it will cost me nearly $100 just to drive there and back. In 2000 I could drive from my moms house and back for under $20 dollars. To think that oil was at $9 a barrel before Bush was in office and now near the end of his term, I hope, it is at nearly $140 a barrel. Is this just all bad luck or do you think that maybe this was planned attack on the American people in order to take there money.

So that is what I am asking you America and the World before I go and that is do you think we have all been fooled?

I am looking forward to heading out this weekend over to my moms house to meet up with other family and friends that I have not seen in years as we all meet up to celebrate my moms birthday. Shopping for my mom is like try to shop for a millionaire that has everything they already want. So what I try to do is find something she can make or put together rather than just something she can set next to everything elswe she has.

Even still i think that I have gotten everything a older woman can assemble her self so i was wanting to poll the internet on what they think would be a great gift to a mother of 3 who is turning 70 today!!

i have been working on several different software programs for the past couple of weeks so i have not been able to blog much but I have been having a great time doing other things other than writing online like writing in my personal diary that will never be put online. Lots going on in this World and still not sure about what direction i am going to take this blog but for now I think this will suffice.

I hope that everyone is enjoying themselves on this great day here in the United States of America. What a beautiful day it is here with the weather just right and all the family here.
